where we ship
Anywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping isn't available yet.

how long it takes
Every order is made and packed after you place it. Your order ships within 5–9 business days, then arrives 3–5 business days after that. Alaska and Hawaii can take 5–8 business days after it ships.

Express shipping cuts delivery to 2–3 business days once your order ships. It doesn't speed up the time before it ships.

what it costs
Shipping depends on where you live and how much you order. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

tracking
You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

wrong address
Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours and we'll fix it if your order hasn't shipped. We can't redirect a package once it's on its way, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address will need to be reshipped at your cost.

lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your building first, then email us within 7 days of the delivery date. If tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, email us and we'll look into it with the carrier.

delays
Weather, holidays, and carrier backups can add time. If your order is taking longer than the times above, reach out.
